Upstate Mediation Center Sliding Fee Scale

 

ADMINISTRATIVE FEE PER PARTY

Gross Annual Income up to $10,000:  $25 fee in addition to the applicable hourly rate

Gross Annual Income over $10,000:   $50 fee in addition to the applicable hourly rate

 

Payment can be made with a debit or credit card via telephone or a check payable to the Upstate Mediation Center.  Mail must be postmarked no later than 3 days prior to the date of mediation.

Up to $10,000                                                                        $25.00

Up to $21,000                                                                        $50.00

Up to $33,000                                                                        $75.00

Up to $44,000                                                                        $80.00

IMPORTANT NOTICE

 

ANY CHECKS RETURNED TO US DUE TO INSUFFICIENTFUNDS WILL RESULT IN A SERVICE FEE OF $35.00.

A CANCELLATION WITHIIN 48 HOURS OFTHE SCHEDULED MEDIATION WILL RESULT IN A $50.00 CANCELLATION FEE.
